I’m having after upgrading to the 410.57 drivers, however, I’m not sure if this is the complete problem as downgrading doesn’t seem to fix it either. However, corruptions occur in all resolutions. OpenGL doesnt work with 410.57 / Solaris 11.4. Now display works OK even at a higher-resolution (with xrandr -s 1680x1050 in my. Display worked fine in FC9 at a lower resolution, but forgot which tweaks I did to make it so. All graphics drivers are up to date (even tried drivers from intel's sight that haven't received an OEM release from Dell yet).Notably Dell Dimension 2400 w/ 845G graphics chipset and e207wfp Dell LCD display. I would just deal with it and use vga for connecting the display, but unfortunately i don't have an adapter to get a vga signal out of the XPS.

The same HDMI cable and dvi adaptor work in combo for hooking an xbox 360 and raspberry pi to the same display, and the laptop has no problem with HDMI output to my TV regardless of display configuration. Windows 10 detects the monitor in the display settings with the correct monitor information, but regardless of the display configuration (duplicate, extend, only show on external) and resolution, no video shows up on the external monitor. I have the monitor (Dell E207WFP) attached to the XPS with an hdmi->dvi adapter (hdmi out from laptop to dvi in on monitor). I recently set my old dell monitor up to use at my desk with my XPS 15 so I can have dual displays for some work I'm doing.
